Privacy Policy

Purify Cleanup is built to keep your photos organized while keeping your data private. This policy explains what we access, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Summary
- We access your photo library only with your permission to provide cleanup and organization features.
- Photo analysis is designed to run on your device; we do not upload your photos to our servers.
- We do not sell your data. Limited diagnostics may be collected to improve stability.
- You can revoke permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
2. Data we access and why
- Photos and videos: Accessed only after you grant permission, to detect blurry shots, duplicates or near-duplicates, screenshots, documents, and to organize albums.
- On-device AI processing: Classification and cleanup logic run locally; we do not keep copies of your photos outside your device.
- Speaker cleaner tones: Audio is played through your speakers to clear dust or moisture. We do not record audio.
- Diagnostics: Anonymous crash logs or basic performance signals may be collected (for example, via Apple) to fix bugs. These do not include your photos.
3. Data sharing and transfers
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- We do not share your photos with third parties. If diagnostics are collected, they are used only to improve reliability.
- Links you open (for example, support email or website) are handled by your device and subject to those services’ policies.
4. Storage and retention
- Your photos remain in your device’s photo library. When you delete items through the app, they follow the system’s deletion flow (such as moving to “Recently Deleted” on iOS).
- Any diagnostics, if collected, are retained only as long as needed to troubleshoot and improve the app.
5. Security
We design features to work on-device and avoid sending photos to our servers. No security measure is perfect, but we aim to limit data movement and surface only the permissions necessary for the app to function.
6. Your choices and rights
- Change photo permissions at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.
- Restore or permanently delete removed items through the system “Recently Deleted” folder.
- Delete the app to stop all processing; this does not delete items already in your photo library.
- Contact us to ask questions or request help managing data.
7. Children’s privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). If you believe a child has used the app without consent, contact us so we can assist.
8. Paid Services and Subscriptions
Certain features of the App require a valid subscription or one-time payment (“Paid Services”). We may provide complimentary trial periods so you can evaluate these features before purchase. Once payment is confirmed, you receive access to the applicable Paid Services for the duration of the active subscription or access term.
By purchasing, activating, or using any Paid Service, you agree to the following subscription terms:
- Access to New Features: When new premium features launch during your active subscription, you receive them at no additional cost as long as no separate fee is required and you update to the latest version of the App containing those enhancements.
- Payment Methods: Payments are processed exclusively through Apple’s in-app purchase / billing system. Completing a purchase means you accept Apple’s applicable terms and any related third-party agreements.
- Pricing Changes: We may adjust pricing, payment structures, or convert currently free features into Paid Services. If required fees are not paid in full and on time, access to the related Paid Services may be suspended or terminated.
- Payment Authorization: By authorizing a payment method you permit us and relevant financial institutions to process payments and make necessary updates. You agree to pay all outstanding amounts on demand, and continued use of a Paid Service constitutes ongoing authorization for recurring charges.
- Purchases via Third Parties: Paid Services obtained through third-party accounts (such as Apple iTunes, Google Play, or Amazon) are billed through those platforms, and their billing terms—including cancellation requirements—apply in addition to these Terms.
- Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel, card-based subscriptions renew automatically for the same period as the initial term (for example, 7 days, one month, six months, or one year). Renewal fees, including taxes and adjustments resulting from tax-rate changes, will be charged to your payment method. We will notify you at least ten (10) days before any price increase takes effect where required by law.
- Subscription Cancellation: To modify or cancel your subscription, follow the instructions in your profile settings. If you purchased through a third party, you must cancel through that provider. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not issue refunds for prior charges.
- Trials and Promotions: Promotional access or free trials provide Paid Services at no charge for a specified time. To avoid automatic billing at the end of a trial or promotion, you must cancel before the promotional period expires.
- Billing Information: You must provide accurate billing information (such as billing address or card details) and promptly update it if anything changes or if your payment method is compromised. Failing to update your information may result in continued charges, for which you remain responsible.
- No Refunds: Payments for Paid Services are non-refundable, regardless of actual usage. Promotional discounts or later price reductions do not qualify for retroactive credits.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and may provide in-app notice when changes are significant.
